MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear [nickname_else_first_name]

 

We are soon going to be celebrating a Rosh Hashana of a New Year, the Year 5784 where we will be pleading G-d to have a wonderful year ahead for us and our families. We will soon be ushering in the month of Elul which is the month of Teshuvah whereby G-d is nearer to us then anytime of the year whereby our special prayers are specially heard this auspicious time of the Year.

 

We welcome  back with great joy our Maghen Abraham Members and with the difficult challenges Covid-19 had on all of us,  we are certainly all looking forward to a great year ahead.

 

Rosh Hashana will fall on a Friday, Friday, September 15th  this year, which is extremely holy that it is not only Rosh Hashana, but Shabbat as well which makes it extremely holy.

 

We are pleased to announce that, despite the increases in operating costs, Kiddoushims and other expenses, the Maghen Abraham will not increase the Membership costs this year. You will be getting a letter with the renewal which we kindly ask you to fill with your pledge and welcome all donations no matter of the amount which is a great Mitsvah and a powerful Segulah  before Rosh Hashana, when we, as well as all creation itself,  will be judged.

 

We pray that we will all have a Wonderful Year full of Kedushah, Health, Prosperity and Long Life.

Nous allons bientôt célébrer la Fête de Rosh Hashana d'une Nouvelle Année, l'année 5784 où nous implorerons Dieu d'avoir une merveilleuse année à venir pour nous et à nos familles. Nous inaugurerons bientôt le mois d'Eloul qui est le mois de Téchouva par lequel Dieu est plus proche de nous que n'importe quel moment de l'année et nos prières spéciales sont spécialement entendues en cette période propice de l'année, pour qu’elles soient exaucées.

 

Nous accueillons avec grande joie à nouveau nos membres de la Maghen Abraham et avec les défis difficiles que Covid-19 nous a tous imposés, nous espérons tous avec impatience une excellente année à venir.

 

Rosh Hashana tombera un Vendredi 15 septembre cette année, un Vendredi Saint, qui est extrêmement saint et important, car ce n'est pas seulement le jour de Rosh Hashana, mais aussi un Grand Shabbat, ce qui le rend extrêmement particulièrement important.

 

Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que, malgré les augmentations des frais d’administration,  fonctionnement, Kiddoushims et autres dépenses, la Maghen Abraham n'augmentera pas les frais d'adhésion cette année. Vous recevrez une lettre avec le renouvellement que nous vous demandons de bien vouloir remplir avec votre support et engagement et nous acceuillerons tous les dons, quel que soit le montant, qui est une grande Mitsvah et une grande Ségoulah avant Rosh Hashana, quand nous, ainsi que toute  la création entière, sera jugée.

 

Nous prions pour que nous ayons tous une merveilleuse année pleine de Kedushah, de santé, de prospérité et de longue vie.
